Stress-Busting Lesson #3
The power-packed solution magnet.
There's an old saying that goes, "it starts with a great question." I used to think that. Now I know differently. The truth is it starts with recognizing when a great question is waiting to be asked.
Until you recognize the signs of an unasked question, you'll never even think to start! You can be the best question-formulator in the world, but until you think to ask, your skill will just sit on the shelf. Wasted. Like any other untapped potential in your life.
"Every problem, concern, mystery, or symptom in your life can be turned into an empowered question designed to deliver the solution directly to your mind.
"You may be thinking of those problems as 'facts' about your life that you don't like. Or 'wishes' about your experience that you'll never be able to satisfy. Or 'hopeless situations' that you're stuck in, despite being able to see that others have learned to thrive under similar conditions.
"Not so!"

If you've mustered the curiosity to read this far, I feel confident in saying that you're committed to creating a great life! Contributing to the community around you. Living in accordance with your values. Creating health and prosperity for you and your family.
Here's the thing. Not a one of us is born knowing everything. We ramp up our skills in certain areas of life and burst forward to make our mark on the world. The other areas get ignored. Who needs 'em?
Well, then one day you realize who needs 'em. You do.
Part of your life goes great, and the other part needs some attention. Its completely normal. Like I said, not one of us is born knowing everything.
Want to get your engine going? Here are two questions to start with:
- What do I continue doing, knowing that it's not in my best interests?
- What do I choose not to do, knowing I'd be better off if I took action?
Got some answers? See, you may be smarter than you thought!
Stress-Busting Lesson #3: Not one of us is born knowing everything. Areas where we feel under-equipped for success often fall by the wayside into neglect. Because we lack information, we sometimes don't even think to look for a solution.
The key to success is learning to turn problem situations into power-packed solution magnets. We commonly call those solution magnets "great questions."
